What we collect and why.

This policy covers Ferrofold (“we”), a two-founder studio based in India. It describes how this site behaves today.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: name, email, company or site, the budget range you pick, and your message.
• Anonymous visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which record the page visited, the site you came from, your country, device type and how fast the page loaded. They set no cookies, do not follow you across other sites, and never tell us who you are.
• A bot check. We use DoubleAgent, a service that tells real visitors from automated ones. It looks at characteristics of your browser and device — screen size, graphics support, that sort of thing — and stores a token in your browser so it does not have to ask twice. We use it to keep spam and scripted abuse off the contact form.
• Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and shows no ads. Nothing here follows you to other sites or builds a profile to sell.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. That is the only use. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent from your browser to FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, which delivers them to our inbox at webverse296@gmail.com. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Bot-check signals go to DoubleAgent, and visit counts to Vercel Analytics, each under their own policy. If you book a call, that scheduling is handled by Cal.com under theirs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is still a chance we might work together, and deleted when you ask or when it is clear we will not. Client project data is kept for the life of the engagement and handed to you at the end of it.

Your choices

Email us and we will send you a copy of what we hold or delete it, no questions asked. If you are in the EU or UK, that is your right under the GDPR; we apply the same rule to everyone.
